Terms of Service

These terms cover the CopyX extension for TradingView and copyx.trade. By using CopyX you agree to them. Questions go to support@copyx.trade.

Your account

You sign in with Google, Discord or your email. An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and don't share or resell your account or license key.

Plans

• Free: connecting brokers, staying signed in and switching accounts.
• Pro: copy trading, tick-by-tick data and Tradovate TP / SL presets, for $19 a month or $190 a year, in US dollars. A Pro plan works on two computers at a time.

Trial, billing and cancelling

New Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. The trial needs a card; cancel before it ends and you aren't charged. After the trial, Pro renews every month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your Whop account; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Whop processes payments, and the charge shows as WHOP.COM.

Refunds

Because every Pro subscription starts with a free trial, charges aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or when you were charged in error. If you think a charge is wrong, write to support@copyx.trade within 14 days of it.

Trading risk

CopyX is a tool. You decide every trade, and you're responsible for every order CopyX places for you, copied orders included. Futures trading can lose money. CopyX doesn't give investment advice. Brokers and prop firms have their own rules about copy trading; check them before you copy into an account.

TradingView is a trademark of TradingView, Inc. CopyX isn't affiliated with TradingView or with any broker or prop firm. Their services, and any outage or change on their side, are outside our control.

No warranty

CopyX is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but we don't promise it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything to do with CopyX is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using CopyX and delete your account any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

When these terms change, we update them here and change the date at the top. Using CopyX after a change means you accept it.
